Donate
Your donation to Cal-IPC helps us provide educational resources, advocate on behalf of wildlands protection, work with partners throughout the state to monitor and manage invasive plants, and so much more! Any amount makes a difference.
If you prefer to pay by check, please make it out to the California Invasive Plant Council, and send to:

Gifts of stock
Donating stocks allows you to avoid the capital gains tax and, if you itemize deductions, you can also take a charitable deduction for the entire donation amount. Contact us at donations@cal-ipc.org for our brokerage information.
Gifts from your IRA
If you are 70.5 or older and have a traditional IRA, you can make a donation from your IRA account. IRA gifts are generally not recognized as taxable income and if you must take a Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) this year, giving from your IRA is a compassionate way to fulfill it.
Gifts from your Donor Advised Fund
Donor Advised Funds (DAFs) are investment accounts for the sole purpose of supporting charitable organizations. If you have set up a DAF, you can use it to donate to Cal-IPC, ensuring our organization has consistent financial support while saving your cash assets for immediate needs.
Sponsor the Symposium
Sponsoring the Symposium offers a unique opportunity for an organization to present its work to the Cal-IPC community, while providing vital funds to produce the event and help us share the latest in land management. Some individuals choose to sponsor the Symposium as well.
Create a legacy
Create a living will or trust to take care of your family and support causes you are passionate about. We’ve made it easy! Cal-IPC is partnering with FreeWill to provide a simple and secure way to leave a legacy. If you have already included Cal-IPC in your estate planning, thank you! And please let us know through the Freewill portal linked below to help our planning.
